You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange your Heritage Polo. We just ask that it's unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Exchanges are free. If the fit isn't what you expected, we're glad to swap your size, we'll send a prepaid label and get the new size out to you. Sizing exchanges are easy and common; we want you in the right fit.

Returns are subject to a $10 shipping fee, deducted from your refund.

How it works

Email us at team@silverthorn.shop with your order number and what you'd like to do. For exchanges, let us know the size you'd like, and a quick note on how the current one fit, where it was tight or loose helps us get your swap right. We'll take care of the rest, no forms, no hoops.
